Members of the Head Tax Families Society of Canada are invited to attend the first Annual General Meeting, which will be held in Vancouver on Sunday, November 25, 2007. The meeting will be held in

beginning at 11:00 am. and ending at 2:00 pm.

Election of Directors Notice

HTFSC's board of directors governs the society on behalf of all members to ensure continued financial viability, commitment to the constitution, and fulfillment of HTFSC's mission.

Our bylaws provide that the number of elected directors shall be a minimum of 10, and a maximum of 15.

If you wish to be considered for nomination for election as a director, you must have been an HTFSC member in good standing for at least 3 months prior to November 25, 2007.

If you are eligible for board candidacy, please submit applications to the HTFSC Secretary at
